What was the thickness of the bezel used? Min keep splitting in the corners as I polish 😢

We use 26 gauge. It sounds like you are over polishing, if you are taking away enough to make a hole.

Newbie here. Are you only setting the stone firmly at 45 degrees around the top, not using the bezel roller horizontally on the sides of the stone? I. E. If the top is set tightly, there is no need to use bezel roller on the side? Or am I missing a few steps?

Yea, you only use the bezel roller at the top edge. If you go down the side of the bezel, it will look terrible and dented. :)

What size engravers block do you recommend for jewelers?

I like the 5-6 inch ones, like the one on my tools site. Any bigger is a real pain to move, the very small ones move too easily. 😃
