How to Bleed Air from a Chevy Venture Coolant System

Plug it the same way you would a spill-free coolant funnel: Stick something down to plug the bottle neck before you lift it off, move the bottle to the reservoir or coolant jug, then remove the plug to drain it. The cap from my distilled water jug works quite well except you don’t want to fish it out while it’s hot. Heck, you could even throw a smaller bottle in there upside-down to plug it with a bottle cap (ribs will barely even seep). ;)

You can siphon it out and just let what remains get absorbed by an old shirt or towel or rag.
