just had the gearbox out fiat 595 and had to disconnect the clutch line on the mta actuator ,all back together and wont select a gear just clunking ,how to bleed the system or is a scan tool needed to repressurise it
@OnlyTheseShorts Жыл бұрын
I have tried to manually bleed the system on my Corsa D 1.2 easytronic clutch but there is still no drive. Would you recommend a diagnostic bleed using TECH2? Is it then necessary to re learn 'Touchpoint Adaptation' then do the 'Learn Gearbox Parameters'??

About to refit and bleed after using your repair service. Once fit and bled correctly, will I need to clear the previous fault code or will the ‘F’ disappear. My fault code was P1607. Btw great service quick turnaround turn. Thanks guys
@Ecutestinglimited Жыл бұрын
Hi. We will have cleared all codes during our remanufacturing process, so the F should disappear once the unit is re-fitted and bled.

@Ecutestinglimited Жыл бұрын
Hi. Yes we do remanufacture Easytronic clutch actuators for the Vauxhall Corsa. Follow this link: www.ecutesting.com/product-catalogue/vauxhall/corsa/ecu-transmission-combined-clutch-actuator/ and select the part number which matches the part number of your unit for pricing and instructions of how to send your unit into us. If you don't see your unit's part number on our website please contact our technical support team via email at info@ecutesting.com with the following details. Your vehicle's make, model and year of manufacture, the symptoms of the fault, any results of a diagnostic scan i.e fault codes, and any attempted fixes already carried out. Thanks.

Hi. Are you able to scan the vehicle for any fault codes at all? If you were able to read these it would help us to diagnose the issue. Cheers.

@@Ecutestinglimited yes I did fault Code P1725 , P1726, P0560
@Ecutestinglimited2 жыл бұрын
Hi. Those fault codes indicate that there could be a problem with the voltage to the clutch actuator, or the feed from the clutch actuator to the gear selector. This could be caused by damage to the wiring looms so we would recommend checking these looms for continuity and for any signs of damage. If these checks don't identify the problem, then it could be a problem with the gear selector or clutch actuator themselves. If this is the case then you are welcome to send these units into us for testing and a potential re-build.

Hi we have a Opel Corsa D 1.2 Easytronic 2008 and we have the problem with the F symbol. Car is not staring. What software is best to use to read the codes and which software is used when you want to do bleeding with the diagnostics? And if we send the clutchactuator and you fix the clutch. Is it then install bleed and ride. Or is there need of programming? Car is worth maybe 2k and workshops are askin 800 to fix this but i find it not worth it. So i would like to try it myself. Thank you in advance.
@Ecutestinglimited2 жыл бұрын
Hi. These are common symptoms of the clutch actuator failing, and we would recommend using tech 2 diagnostics to read fault codes and bleed the system, however you can bleed it manually following the instructions in the video above. If you send your unit into us all you will need to do is re-fit and bleed it as all prior programming is retained during our re-build procedure. Follow this link to find out more information: www.ecutesting.com/common-faults/vauxhall/corsa-12-easytronic-clutchgearbox-actuator/ If you have any further questions feel free to contact our technical support team at info@ecutesting.com. Hi. Based on the fault codes you have listed, we would recommend ruling out a faulty camshaft position sensor before moving onto other diagnosis. If you want to know how to test your cam sensor, check out our video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fIW8YmR_mrx1qc0si=cqt_vpc8WhsZcTa7

@@Bas20005 Hi. The manufacturer recommends using Dot4 brake fluid as the clutch actuator is a hydraulic system, and this fluid is used in these systems. Automatic transmission fluid is a different consistency, and therefore not applicable to this system. Hope this helps!
