I appreciate your instructions about discarding waste appropriately. Not many people mention that in the United States. In fact, I have been working on my series about firearms related content and standards are not much different about how to discard waste and steps on how to do it properly. I don't like it when people leave information like this out. It's not difficult to get into a routine on how to do something and people in the states don't seem to care about mentioning that so I appreciate it. I'm just a regular Ole Joe so we must discard waste at local parts stores and it's as simple as that.

Owner's manual suggests starting with closest caliper. Same thing was with the A6 I had. But the older A4 had to be bled from furthest caliper!

I didn’t know you shouldn’t push the pedal to the floor when bleeding. I always specifically ask my helper to do exactly that!

Great video, great tips. Thank you! But I've got two questions. Should we start from the furthest corner to the master cylinder or the ABS unit? And wouldn't it be easier to run the engine to pump the pedal?

You should start with the nearest caliper to the abs unit, technique with "the furthest" should die long time ago, remember to bleed tour ABS pump first with the computer if it's necessary

Hello, I have brembo z 18 brakes from an Audi Q7. I would install them on an Audi A4 cabrio b6 model. The problem is that the A4 has front brake calipers mounted opposite to the Q7. On the brake caliper In my case, the ventilation valves are at the bottom, and the connecting pipe is at the top. First solution: Is it possible to swap the brembo brake line connection to the caliper with the bleed valve so that they switch sides? But there is no connection line slot on the opposite side of the caliper (where the vent valves are). Dont know if will it fit or if is safe to do this. Second solution: probably the brake calipers are symmetrical? That is, if I put the ZR18 on the left side, and the ZL18 on the right, would it be okay? But in this case first brake caliper piston will be the big one who makes first contact with brake disc. But the oem spec is the smaller one. Will this cause issues? Thanks
