I love that you take the time to really find all the areas that need blending! Great video and very helpful

Excellent tutorial. It’s so smart that you do dry cutting to see where the layers need more blending. I’m going to request that at my next haircut appointment. Thank you, Summer. You’re amazing 💯

Hello Summer! I’m a Wig specialist and your videos have been extremely helpful for me. Could you please make a video on cutting a fringe, i have seen many techniques on them and i’d like to see how you would cut them. Thanks alot!

I had to laugh watching this one! THIS is the end result I get every single time I get a haircut! Uneven, disconnected, not at all what I ask for - EVERYTIME. I've been to at least 6 stylists in the past few years, never going back to any of them! 🤦♀️ I get a cut, wait several months for it to grow out, and try again with a different stylist! I'm in the grow out phase again right now! Would it be rude to show your videos to a stylist!😂 Kidding, but tempted!

21:17 😮THANK YOU 😢😢😢😱😫 I use to cut my hair so good But I really messed it up. This video helped me so much to NOT fix but the issue completely but to soften the bluntness abit better.

I wish I could beam you up to NH to cut my hair Summer, or at least find someone who knows how to do your incredible layering and blending techniques. Beautiful work! It boggles my mind how hard it is to find a good stylist.

I need a version of this and similar layered cuts for long hair. My arms aren't long enough to cut anything straight up unless I want to take 12 inches off my hair first.

Can you try and do a tut for how to do it by yourself on yourself??

With fine hair, not even an inch of hair in front of my ears, and a deep recession area, it seems to work better for me not to cut into the hair below my recession area at all when doing any face framing or I end up with no hair on the sides and no solid perimeter. I fake it from the top of my head instead.

I have to do something similar! I got very minimal hair in front of my ears

U need to show different hair types. Like medium thin to thin hair. This maniquin is like 2% of perfect hair thickness! If you havebt already.

It can be very difficult as well as $$$ to find mannequins that are accurate to human hair.
