Has this been removed? I'm on Capcut for Windows v.3.9.0. Video --> Basic Tab --> scrolling down from Position and Size shows Blend, just like yours, then Stabilize, Image Enhancement, Noise Reduction, Relight, Auto Reframe, Removing Flicker, AI movement, Camera Tracking, Motion Blur...then Layer. There is no Canvas option.
