Sorry for just getting back to you on this if it was done with 100% human hair. then water , mousse and diffusing the curls should help. If it was done with synthetic curls its hard to maintain the curls once it gets puffy.

I would suggest to feed in 3 equal strands and then braid down a inch past your hair and tie it in a knot 😊 with picking your length get the human hair as long as you want your braid . It's a beautiful style. After you finish installing braids you can use hot water or mouse on hair especially the mouse take braids cornrow them in large or small sizes wait about 30 mins or until hair is dry you will have beautiful curls, it gives you another style.
