Crossed 1 CR this CY. Did the PACE Program in December 2023. Set up systems. Lost 3 family members. Couldn’t go to office for many months. Still did 32% YOY growth because of the systems that were set up.

KRA - is very much required. Each and every point has to be discussed and make him understand on what is to be done. To a GET or Trainee, it takes time to understand the purpose.

Great Video! Thank you, very nicely explained. May I suggest if you could share the studies / research you are referring to. I helps to gain deeper knowledge. I believe you are referring to Daniel Pink's work, if so, then the point around money not being a motivator is incomplete (please correct me if I am wrong). Pink shared that when an individual is doing technical tasks (repetitive tasks) they can be motivated by money. However, when we are doing creative work, even if we are finding creative solutions for repetitive tasks then money is not a motivator.

His advices are terrible. Most problem will get solved if the company pays well and the managers stopped being a jerk. I cannot imagine even someone pay this guy to listen what he speaks. It looks like he likes the sound of his own voice.
