Hi PAL, I dunno this Ankit's case study but I personally started my journey on Dec 7, 2022 by weighing 129kg, and today (25/11/2023) my weight is 75kg, successfully planned my own diet with all kind of experiments.. Finally happy because I inspired lot of people surrounded by me and felt proud abt my consistency. Myself trying to motivate people around me..will see...how many can i inspire

I go to the gym 4 days a week. I eat healthy. I train hard . I used to be overweight but now I look pretty good. I take a light chest meal each Saturday (a moderate one) . I don't go too hard on my diet so that I can continue it for the long run . One very important thing I have learnt from my experience is you have to make a sustainable program which will last a lifetime. Don't go eating boil food for a few months and then quiet. Eate tasty but in limit . Work hard but take enough rest so that you don't burn out and quiet mid way . Remember, sustainability is the key. I wish you all good health and prosperity 💝

@RyanChristopher777 6 ай бұрын
That's good advise for the majority of the people but for some of us hard-core gym-rats, we love the boiled chicken/eggs/carrots/broccoli/french beans diet. It's actually a state of mind. The way you need to discipline your body and train it, the same goes for your mind as well. Once you learn to train your mind to that diet, it won't feel like a chore anymore. Initially it was pretty difficult for me as well to follow that kind of diet but once I started seeing results there was no going back. Also I think if you want visible 6 pack abs with good definition naturally, you need to follow that kind of strict diet else that last layer of stubborn fat won't go no matter how much cardio you do.
@Inferno_1.
@Inferno_1. 6 ай бұрын
@@RyanChristopher777 My diet is for every person in general. Nowadays people don't have the luxury of time and since we have only one life so I want to make the most of it while being healthy. I have many friends in the gym who follow my style of diet yet they have amazing visible abs super lean and big .
@RyanChristopher777
@RyanChristopher777 6 ай бұрын
@@Inferno_1. Super lean and big ?? Then they're not natural. You cannot have less than 10-12% body fat and be big without being on gear. And my statement is for strictly natural people only. Please note that people who've been on gear previously and have left it now also call themselves natural 😆 which they're not !!
@Inferno_1.
@Inferno_1. 6 ай бұрын
@@RyanChristopher777 I have never seen a person with gear so my super big is different from your super big . 16 inch arm is super big for me since I have 15 😂. I am 42 yrs old woman, 5'8" height and 62 kg weight. Married and have 15 yr old son. I am full time working woman and manage my home as well. I have successfully managed to keep myself fit so far, no health issues like bp sugar thyroid anything that usually happen to ppl my age and social circle. My physical appearance is also lean and attractive. I eat two meals a day lunch at 12 noon and dinner before 7 pm, inbetween fruits or tea. I do very light physical activity like some basic yoga or walking sometimes maybe 2 days a week. I realised if you do heavy workout you tend to get tired and also eat more. I am happy the lifestyle that I follow is consistent with Dr.Pal's recommendation. I eat in control and avoid filling myself with chapatis and rice. Rather take more dal, veggies, dahi, salad, chaas and i also eat sweets daily. I feel light and also my weight as per my height is less. Which gives me some margin for weight gain especially when i have too much work and not able to follow the diet or on holiday.

You should sleep for 7 hours minimum, especially if you are exercising. 2.5L is okish less, 3L should be the norm with a slight pinch of electrolytes(or you can drink coconut water once a day). I won't say absolutely no junk food, but moderation is the key, which Dr Pal focuses very often.

Hello! Good morning Dr. Pal! How are you! I walk everyday hour to two. I do have kidney issues, but I try to drink 2 1/2 - 3 liters daily. I am used to the Intermittent fasting now. I'm starting to eat apples, I really didn't care for them. I'm finding some good ones. I dont like total ref apples. Thanks do much for sharing with us. Ben feeling a bit tired, but your videos motivate and keep me on track! Love and appreciate you Dr. Pal! Have a blessed day! You are my sunshine in the morning!🙂

Hi sir thanks a lot for informative video's, i have acidity issue and doctor informed to limit fermented food like idli ,dosa and also suggested not go for gym workout , I have seen in your videos idli will good gut health, can you please suggest thank you
@thatspp4503
@thatspp4503 6 ай бұрын
Idli and dosa does not cause or aggravate acidity. Avoid highly spiced, rich gravies, salty, pickled food, sugar syrup foods,very sour curds, processed foods, etc. Keep drinking water. Milk isn't recommended because it aggravates acid production. Keep crackers, saltless rotis at home. If you get a bout of acidity, you can eat half a roti. Don't skip meals and avoid heavy meals. Don't drink water with meals but between meals. Avoid strong tea and coffee.

Hello Dr. Pal, your videos are informative. I suggest many of my clients to follow your advice of fast. I will never be able to do the full 75 day challenge for the following reasons: 1)Cutting down on sugar and alcohol is next to impossible considering the monthly menstrual cycle. I am okay to be without alcohol but I need chocolate on those days 2)Working out twice a day is not possible for me. I have tried. I am tired all the time and I feel I cant move. Instead I workout 5 times a week. 2 days martial arts training, 2 days running and total 3 session of calisthenics and pilates combined 3) Water intake is a bit too much for me. I tried drinking 3.8 liters of water a day once and the whole day went just peeing. I stick to 35ml per kg of my bodyweight and drink 4) I am not a huge selfie fan and I believe my body is much more than the physical appearance 5) The only thing I can do consistently is read 10 pages a day. That goes without fail. those days when I rested when my body was exhausted made me burn more fat and build muscle. I can never do the 75 day challenge. 😁

Also to people reading this comment, Dr. Pal is aware of Genetics playing important role in Ankit, so before going HARD MODE on body please do some testing, like Sleep hours (how many sleep hours keep you energetic), foods (Ankit eats extreme amount of curd,milk,and ghee... It would kill anyone else than Ankit if you are unaware of what you are doing, so be aware of what foods are okay for you and what are not)

My doubt is regarding his recovery after a workout. 2 Times a day workout and this much food will require a high-quality recovery which is something overlooked by many people nowadays. Even people who use performance-enhancing drugs give more importance to recovery. Anyhow, this was a great video.

@jwoolman5 6 ай бұрын
Genetics really matters. There is some evidence that the real difference isn't so much in our genes but in our gut microbiomes. People in the US whose ancestors in Europe could eat lots of dairy may have lost so much of the original microbiome that they may have trouble with the same amount of dairy.

remember this..its simple. walk 2 to 3 miles - briskly. Resistance train 3 times a week. Eat and focus on protein. Indian diet is typically rice/variants or chappati. Both are horrible for a weight los if that is all you consume...Focus on healthy proteins and be on a deficit 3 days a week.
