Sugar is not bad for testosterone and its not harmful period. There is no study showing that sugar on its own independent of any other macronutrient is harmful. The fast digesting glucose in white sugar promotes testosterone production and anabolism, The fructose is essential for producing new sperms. That sugar is harmful is literally one of the biggest and most unfounded lies ever told. And if you think about it from a logical perspective it makes complete sense.

@forrester74 No sugar as long as it does not come with PUFAs and artificial ingredients. Is not harmful. It's actually beneficial for your metabolism and aids the conversion of t4 into t3 active thyroid hormone. Consume sugar plentifully. I recommend with coffee. Until you lose your taste for sweetness. Then and only then your body has gotten the sugar it needs and doesnt need more.

Interesting and some super hard core stuff too! My father was born in Norway 1923. I have photos of him doing DIY thermogenesis, running naked into the snow then back to the outdoors sauna, he died recently at 90yrs old. He was always active and super dynamic, alpha and healthy. A role model for men of today who, on the whole, seem to be losing direction.

As a health professional, I have to say, a lot of this stuff sounds incredibly fishy. Not to mention, if a person has clinically low T, TRT works wonderfully. If you have lower T, but you are still in the normal range, then most of this is a moot point. Testosterone is based on a continuum, and for things like muscle growth, if a person is within that range, there will be no increase in performance unless you look outside said range of testosterone. You have to understand that even IF any of these things worked, you have to ask yourself "by how much", "for how long". Some of these suggestions may very well be applicably insignificant changes. Go talk to an endocrinologist, not a biohacker or personal trainer. I am a graduate student in exercise physiology, and a researcher in a medical school. I won't pretend to know everything, but I'd like to see peer reviewed sources before I believe any of this stuff (some of it I know is wrong).

I don't mean to be disrespectful, because much of your content is gold. I politely disagree that the information presented in this video is scientifically sound. I did check out some of the resources provided, and between unsubstantiated claims that are well debunked in the scientific literature and claims that are substantiated in rodent models, I simply can't bring myself to believe some (if not many) of the claims made in this video will have any noticeable, if any, impact on testosterone production.

I believe this guy is on the right track.TRT is pointless if your body is intaking chemicals that are in your home e.g. your toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner, not to mention body wash.Have you ever tried to read out loud in the shower the ingredients in your Axe body wash. That is just a domestic example. The chemicals in your food.We eat flesh from animals that were given steroids, fed garbage and mistreated.I think that a big key to this is to not just to eat better but to realize that we poison ourselves in super low doses on a daily basis. Try using rubbing alcohol as an alternative to high chemical deodorant. Use a toothpaste with no fluoride. Stop drinking milk.Stay away from cell phones or PPD ,your Pocket PORN Device as much as possible. I believe that the medical community has done enough to mislead and confuse the world that we live in and the biggest problem with low testosterone is that we have a pussyfied world that we live.Lets all just stop being such pussies. Most doctors today are liars and Drug Peddlers. They get commissions to pay their bills and go on vacations with money from selling people drugs so they can make them even sicker. Have you ever noticed in the drug commercials on television that they have to tell you about everything that might happen to you from taking the drug that they are advertising and it is usually 9 times out of 10 worse than the actual disease that you were trying to cure. They clear themselves from any liability in court from deaths related from these drugs. Of course once the FDA approves it. You know you are safe once it is approved by the FDA.🐣🐝🐝 #Freerangehumans

great video! might I add taking up grappling or a fight sport, where sparring and competition is involved. This will create an environmental necessity for peak strength and endurance in order to survive.Join the local wrestling club or jiu jitsu, for example. You will notice many men in their late 40s, 50s and beyond in incredible shape and strong. Add in 2-3 days of lifting and you will be at your peak most the time (in terms of natural gh and test). Not to mention, the self defense aspect.

Here's some input as requested. I consider myself a "biohacker" as well. I'm a natural minimalist. That means I'm interested in doing more with less. I agree there's too much mumbo jumbo little suggestions here that basically amount to selling product. It's the same BS we've been dealing with through the 20th century and now well into the 21st century. Fact: Insulin is an anabolic hormone that competes with, and suppresses, testosterone. Fact: Chronically high insulin levels (insulin resistance/diabetes/prediabetes) causes chronically low testosterone levels. Action plan... 1. Eat meat, organ meat, animal fats and leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables (cooked/sauteed in animal fat - lard, butter, suet). 2. Practice intermittent fasting. Build up to 16:8, then explore, 18:6 and 20:4 (OMAD). 3. Lift heavy weights: Squats, deadlifts, benchpress, military press, pullups. 4. Do high-intensity interval training. (300m, 400m sprints. Body weight exercises such as jump squats, jump lunges and burpees). This is my lifestyle protocol (hack). I do one HIIT per week and one weight session per week. Last total T test was 894 ng/dL. The blood was drawn 18 hours fasted. I was 54 at the time. A caveat may be that body fat levels tie into this. I do have low BF at around 10% as measured by InBody bioelectrical impedance. I'm 155 lbs with 139 lbs of lean body mass (according to InBody).

@@Vipul341991 , Thanks man. I've actually improved slightly since that was posted. I've done an InBody test around February/March of each year for several years now... March 7, 2020... Weight: 156.7 lbs Skeletal Muscle Mass: 81 lbs Body Fat Mass: 14.3 lbs BF% 9.1. I think consistency is key. But fasting is powerful. No doubt about it. Yeah, that T test result was a surprise. I'm normally high 600s or low 700s. But I had done heavy weights the day before and was 18 hours fasted. I guess that's what did it? I think it's the same with growth hormone, it is impressively boosted under those conditions. I'm about to do a bioenergy test, next week. They measure oxygen consumption and CO2 exhalation and figure out how much energy you are getting from fat vs carbs. I'm curious. I'm obviously fat/keto adapted but also metabolically flexible. I don't necessarily eat low carb. The keto adaptation comes more from IF (restricted eating window) virtually every day.

@@martinirving3824 Yes I agree with that and at that age, you have improved goes to show that it's not about age rather it's about the LIfestyle u lead. I am 29 gained a little weight over the last 1 year of not exercising still under 20% bf. I started working out at 18 y/o but did it properly from 23 y/o. I will follow ur guidelines. I am 5ft 11 inches with 76kgs. Previously I had a lot of muscles at the same weight but now I still have the same weight but I have gained fat at mid-section. I just can't wait to go to the gym. Two things that you can do to increase your testosterone that he didn’t mention are semen retention and actually taking the time to stretch the scrotum and massage the testicles for increased blood flow, which in turn helps balance and increase testosterone production. Mantak Chia , who he mentioned and wrote the book The Multi Orgasmic Male, has two other books where you can learn these techniques. For semen retention check out the book, Cultivating Male Sexual Energy, where he talks about how important it is for a man to save his energy by separating ejaculation from orgasm while also learning to have multiple orgasms, and his book Sexual Reflexology, where he teaches the techniques for massaging the testicles. Way better then any light you can shine on your junk and way cheaper too.

Jeez it's not that hard, but it will be like an oak beam if you: live clean, eat green, stay lean, train mean.. mine are still like tent poles at 45, incidentally if your's aren't it can be an early indicator of heart disease not just low T, because boners are to do with blood flow. Honestly if you just set your goal to stay lean which involves living and eating clean and training then you shoud hit all the basis and as belly fat increases oestrogen production and lowers T production it's a no brainer. Get in shape lads so you can fuck like a rock star, just don't live like one.

Way, way to much information. At some point, you need to do a cost/benefit analysis. Sex is great, but not worth this all consuming mental and physical effort. I’d rather be free from the entanglements of women and pursue my own self interests.

im 31 now, and my libido is kind of too high for me. I regularly have a sex urge for 4-8 times a day, even my gf cant keep up with it. so this thing becomes more of a bother to me than the benefits. so i was wondering if is there a way to lessen the frequency of my sex drive, but at the same time not lower my endurance in sex?
