In this episode, I'm answering the question, "I lost everything...now what?". How do you bounce back and what do you do when you've lost your job, a partner, or a business and it feels like you've lost everything? I get it, it's a hard hit. But let me tell you, it's not the end. It's a chance to go all in on YOU. I'm sharing my insights on how to bounce back, how to navigate fear and uncertainty, and how to bet on yourself.
Remember, the path to success is paved with setbacks.

I was in the same boat 6 months ago. I immediately got on indeed to start looking for a job. But I went out there and started to gig work. Door dash, Instacart Uber etc.

I lost my job from a major tech company in February. I didn't make excuses, focused my efforts, and put myself out there. I had a total of six offers at the end of it and started with Google last month. It's ok to fail forward.

lost my job about a year ago. used to tow airplanes here at the sandiego airport. 22 an hour, easy over time, hours between tows. i honestly wouldve retired there.. bought a car with all that i saved up, got a dui, lost the job, literally went into debt as much as i used to have saved after the lawyer and court fees, and now im on a mean bounce back went to mcdonalds because i knew id get hired on the spot and after 6 months of that bullshit i quit and got employed at a chevron. gunna go to welding school while tackling that debt into a manageable amount, maybe get hired at the walmart or the home depot across the street and leave chevron. once i get done with the welding program and find me a 6figure salary (or close), i'll invest into owning rental properties. maybe a duplex or triplex, or maybe even buying and renting out cars/jetskiis to tourists **we have 22 fridays left of this year. give me 40 and ill be looking for that big salary. my goals are close and i can feel it**

I had a HUGE issue getting out of the military and put a crap ton of energy into my new job and it still didn't pan out financially. Just kept pushing. It got better.

I heard the word firefighter and drop everything and listen. As a firefighter of 4 years, our schedules are 24 on, 48 off. That’s roughly 10 days a month, 120 days a year and full pay and benefits. Many people have businesses or work side jobs with other firefighters. I’ve spent my off days learning about fishing and bass tournaments and I’ve been able to win a couple of club tournaments. It is possible to continue to work and be all in on your art. I believe in everyone out there. I love being a firefighter and I love fishing and I have found the best way to do both without being exhausted or fatigue and to continue love what it is I do. Thank you Mr. Keuilian for your knowledge and words of wisdom.

Same boat! Don't stop grinding. Don't feel sorry for yourself. I'm in the real estate business and my income is less than half of last year. I'm looking for a part time job, but that's life. Don't look at other people and think they had it easy. This is temporary, keeping pushing everyday.

To me this is the number 1 reason to have at least 3 months worth of supplies and cash on hand. Restarted from zero three times and it has saved us from stress and insanity each time!

Tech job canned me about 2 months ago. Said Roger that and started my own business. I bet on myself. I think a lot of jobs just dont have the cash right now. So you can hustle all you want. They cant afford you.
