@BedrosKeuilian Жыл бұрын
@@NomadBlack first off I’m sorry to hear that. Listen, there’s two ways we can cope with loss. You can cope by being self-destructive and going deep into a depression, or you can cope by grieving adequately, and then celebrating that person’s life and living a life of example as a tribute to your loved one.

I've made the commitment to download about ten of these various videos and play them on loop while I get back in shape and refocus on my goals. I've let myself slip for the last couple of months. Slowly, the people I hung out with shared their beleifes and philosophies with me, and they aren't congruent with how I want to live. It was fun, but only temporary. And each time I took a step away from who I wanted to be, I felt the pain of instant regret. Never again.

Your advice is extremely useful. My mental health has been on and off. I'm 17 years old. I've been homeless several times, losing everything I've owned 4 times due to consistently moving around. Lost my mother when I was 12, and later, my sister, when I was 16. Keeping friends was near impossible because making a connection didn't do me any good, knowing I'd have to leave it all behind eventually. I try and keep this hope in my mind that I will eventually find success, and I study and do what I can to get closer to these goals. But my past likes to hit me when I'm vulnerable, and it's hard. I just know that despite what I feel, I need to look past it and think logically over emotionally. Currently I'm in a better place, and I feel more of a balance of stability. But despite that, I am human and I am prone to feeling emotions, just like everyone.

Do not listen to the lies of the media! Masculinity is not toxic! It’s amazing when a man is masculine! I am a feminine woman, who couldn’t relax into her feminine energy for years, until I met my man, who is very masculine! He’s strong and smart and leads with love and I’ve never felt better! I started cooking and baking for him cause my feminine instincts kicked in and I enjoy taking care of him cause every cell of my body is so grateful for him. I just want to make him feel good, cause he does that for me. He opens my doors, brings me flowers weekly, keeps his promises,takes care of me in big and small ways! I pray for him! I love him so much! If more men were like that - we would be living in a very different society! Masculinity is not toxic, the lack of it is! Masculinity is medicine ! We need that protection from strong men! We need you to lead with love and integrity! We need you to build and create! And some women are uncomfortable with the idea, but only cause they were brainwashed! They are scared to trust! But if you shoe up correct consistently - they too will learn to trust it and become more feminine and nurturing! Be as masculine as humanly possible!!!! We need it desperately!!!! Thank you ! ❤❤❤❤❤

I need this. My parents are up in age where any day I’ll get that phone call. You know what I mean. I’m a dad. I have a 5 year old, a three year old, and one coming in five months. As a man I have to keep my shit together. But young men these days lack motivation.

Bedros. I can't express how much I appreciate what you do. I've always felt as though there was a higher calling. From the little things like putting away the shopping cart, to the big things like being financially stable. Im starting my journey late at 29 but I have begun getting my life together. Losing weight, becoming financially stable, taking control of the insecurities and shortcomings. I've missed a lot of my life but that time is over. I'll see you at The Project uncle Bedros maybe not this year, but soon.

peace be upon you. It sounds really good to hear about someone want to make the humanity better. I am actually from Syria and I am learning English. I am Muslim and some of what you said is actually written in our Quran and in the books of Hadith (what our prophet said). it is really incredible to be in a community looks like each other even if they are not from the same religion. A for effort 😍😍😍

@28:19 I, as a consciousness, am the observer (through the eyes), and trainer of the human animal. And through training the human animal I become an enlightened human being. That really put some things into perspective for me. Thanks!

I just started listening to you recently and you're right, the 20-30 minute videos do seem short. Even this one feels like it's not long enough... only because what you're saying is something many of us agree with and finally feel like something that makes sense in todays world. Thank you Bedros, for your guidance and encouragement.

True, I'm 35 at one my lowest points, work nights, get up late, don't get much daylight hours, don't get to see many people frequently, lonely, family nor many acquaintances call often, haven't had a call even from my dad in 8 months. I've been going through depression because of this. I'm changing to a day shift soon to try and improve my overall lifestyle, going to start taking up jui jitsu too again but I want to earn more money, I want to start a business and level up. I wish there was a community where we could meet in person and educate so that we all level up and learn.

I just watched a different video of yours that was in my feed and it was profound. I wanted to say thank you for the honesty and the fearlessness. I needed to see that.
