This is the best video I have ever seen explaining the cup and release motion or yo-yo that everyone tries to explain. Thank you so much!!

I've watched so many videos of the release and this is the first time I've seen the perfect example of the modern release for high revolutions.Great job.Gives you a much better idea of what you need to to do at the point of release.

This is one of the best breakdowns of this technique I have seen online. I am going through the steps now to learn it in time to use it for league this winter. Thanks for the English subtitles.
Best video for snapping wrist by far 👏 . Thank you so much! 🙇♂️ Instantly noticed a difference and my rev rate is through the roof now! What a fantastic video! 👍
I've been trying to improve my revs on the ball but with no luck. This video just showed me the perfect example on how to slowly increase the revs on a ball. Thanks
Sky on the full swing, do you make the cup at the top of the backswing? Or is it just before release like in the slower practice steps? I tried making cup before release on full swing and it kind of interrupts everything; like a jerking of the ball
지금까지 봐온 볼링영상중에 제일 알기쉬운 영상입니다. 정말 감사합니다 SUPER かっこいい !

Why does not one video and or teacher in America explain it like this or talk about this? Not even kidding, I watched thousands of videos, read articles, and got lessons, and not any one of them explains wrist flexion and or says anything about this? Is it bowling's best-kept secret or what? My revs are absolutely amazing now that I completely understand what is happening. I was studying everything and I just couldn't get my head around what was happening to create all those revs. I'm a Super coordinated guy and it was driving me insane. I d love to have an English version of this. I'm a 200 average bowler and now I feel like the sky is the limit now that I can actually release the ball properly.

I just saw this video and im itching to try it now, I agree i have watched a ton of videos but this is the first i have seen it broken down. Did you take it step by step like this? how was your experiecne chaning your released to something like this?
@existenceghost97012 жыл бұрын
@@itsSuppatime Yes absolutely step by step its all about muscle memory, if you try and go to the lanes and just do it you will become extremely frustrated because it just doesn't work like that, but after enough practice it came natural in what felt like no time, been bowling the best I ever have average is up and I've almost had 2 300's front 9 chocked and front 10 chocked lol, but its coming were as before I didn't think it a possibility for a long long time. Best of luck just keep at it, once you see and feel it, everything will finally just click.

@@itsSuppatime Oh, make sure your thumb is nice and tight add tape, if you are grabbing the ball in anyway it will never work. But at the same time be careful with your thumb hole too tight because I'm guessing you're used to throwing the ball rather than rolling it letting the ball just fall off naturally. Throwing the ball with a tight thumb can cause injury so just do the foul line drill until you get the feel. hope this helps.
