Benjy makes really great videos. They are simple to understand and make sense to me as an advanced beginner. One problem I have is getting confused with trying to adjust in my league games and get all discombobulated.

For bowlers with high axis tilt, how would you recommend slowing down ball speed?

My problem exactly, starts strong but then start leaving pins. Good advice that I will try to apply as the lane breaks down.

The problem with having people move forward and backward on the approach to adjust their ball speed is it tends to throw their timing off and ends up doing more harm than good. I like to have people raise or lower the ball in their setup. If you lower the ball 6” in your setup it results in less momentum in your backswing and a lower backswing results in lower ball speed. Both ways work.

Is that a shaker board I'm hearing? Or the ball return, almost sounds like a weld broke on a shaker board.

Try using a straight ball, begiiner don't hook yet?
