Nice tips! I feel like every 20-25 lbs my body takes a break. I definitely evaluate everything I’m doing, but I usually just stay the course-eventually my body recalibrates and things start moving again.

Having an occasional high calorie meal or day helps me also break a plateau.

I eat extra carbs once in a while and that will help me lose weight believe it or not🤷‍♀️

You did a good job of listing all the different tips and providing options in how to tweak them. I saw the high calorie meal trick yesterday, today woke up at one less pound lol, but very encouraged.

Chuggin water with ACV for a couple days has worked for me before…making me drop a couple pounds quickly

to maintain your weight, I thought you are supposed eat your TDEE calories based upon how active you are?
