*ACTUAL* easiest way to break the game: Void + Glowing Hour Glass (basically start as Apollyon and get glowing hour glass first floor) When you use it, glowing hour glass happens but you get void recharged as well. You can now never die and have infinite tries at rooms. Have fun!

I think I would've made a section for infinite explosions. It's a minor form of brokenness that is still incredibly useful. Dr. Fetus, Epic Fetus, Ipecac and Kamikaze are the obvious ones, but there's also No. 1, and no joke, fruitcake. Fruitcake occasionally shoots a small explosive tear that I've decided to name normalized ipecac, due to its non-arcing trajectory and lack of the +40 damage up. There's also other instances of minor brokenness in the items Placenta and Mysterious Candy. The latter works best if you have petrified poop as well. These items are great if you don't care how much time you waste, or if you have something else you can do while waiting. Placenta gives you infinite health as long as you don't mind waiting for it, and Mysterious Candy has the potential for infinite poop, which can result in infinite health or coins. Ventricle Razor is a great broken item because it generates potentially infinite invincibility frames, at the right speed values you can place the portals a certain distance apart to make an 'invulnerability engine' that can keep you invincible unless an enemy pushes you out of it. A lot of the items you said appear frequently, I've never seen due to a low number of unlocks, which... is mostly just unfortunate and probably my fault. I'm still mechanically and in terms of progress, new to the game, despite a deep understanding of strategies and information regarding the game, its items, and its quirks. Another great thing to know, or at least a similar topic, is minmaxing. Some interesting things on that topic would be the on-touch items, the virus, midas touch, and e. coli, which are particularly effective on any enemy that doesn't deal contact damage, such as hosts, mulligans, black or shooting flies, etc., which is helpful to know. And on that topic, back to breaking the game. Infinite enemies is also a thing. Using a infinite teleportation broken remote active item, or, in the booster pack, one of my new favorite trinkets, the doorstop, you can leave rooms before clearing them to activate enemy kill-based items, such as jumper cables and charm of the vampire. EDIT: Another great item for this is the Leech. In addition the on-touch items would work, if you found a room with enemies that don't deal contact damage. Infinite enemies tends to work best early in the game, before you reach instant room clearing potential... the more stuff you have, the higher the chances of accidentally killing an enemy you didn't mean to or killing in the wrong way. ...that's about all I can think of for now, I might edit this later.

This is a break I just found that I don't think I've seen anyone do before (but I'm sure someone has). Restock + "Wait What?" + Glowing hourglass. If you have "Wait What?" and restock, you can just explode your donation machine to get as much money out of it as you want. Then keep buying items in the shop until glowing hourglass shows up. When glowing hourglass shows up, you can use that to keep refilling your donation machine and "Wait What?" to keep taking money out of the machine. Infinite money until you can get diplopia and steam sale, in which case it turns into a double steam sale + restock break.

I found such a simple break, requiring 3 items, (4 or 5 to make it much easier), and an easy criteria. -iv bag -piggy bank -restock -Optional: 1/2 steam sales. -Red Heart in the shop. IV bag plus piggy bank nearly guarantees 3 coins 75% of the time. This allows constant flow of money, as it may pay out with 4 coins, or more, allowing you to have a net gain in coins while still sustaining yourself, and buying items.

For the Dull Razor synergy: If you got school bag the second item will also be charged upon using dull razor, infinite charges without battery. D1 + Car Battery + Battery (not the passive item) or 48 Hour energy pill or D1 + Jera/2 of Diamonds in greed mode with a battery in the shop (or in a normal run if you got Restock) Habit + Blank card + HP generating card + item spawning passive + a curse room Blasting Cap + golden bombs for infinite bombs one could reroll with D20 golden bombs + glitter bombs Restock + IV Bag + PhD + Steam sale + a heart in the shop = Extremely slow break but PhD allows the IV bag to drop at least 2 coins, sale lowers costs of hearts to buy. All you gotta do is use IV bag and buy hearts. You will get a surplus of coins at some point due to there also being a chance of spawning 3 coins and each coin having the chance to be a nickel or dime. School bag + Glowing Hourglass + Crooked Penny + infinite charges = Infinites of an item you like, even Diplopia itself. Here is the trick: Crooked penny will always work in the same order. So if you use it and it goes: x2, x0, x0, x2 and then use glowing hour glass you will have this rhythm again with crooked penny. Naturally, you will only want to use crooked penny when it does the x2 effect. So all you do is test what crooked penny would do if you were to use the charge, use the glowing hoursglass to reset that and act accordingly. Basically, you go into a room with both Glowing hourglass and crooked penny (preferable crooked penny ready to use in the first active item slot) and use crooked penny. If it does x2, use glowing hour glass. If it does x0, get a new charge. If you know that the next use of crooked penny is x2 then go to the room with the item you want to duplicate and since crooked penny also x2s Diplopia. Combined with something like Mystery Gift or Eden's Soul you can get free secret room items (and Angel/Devil room items if you got infinite access to those rooms). Found 20/20? Well, 20/20 x 20 is darn good. You like Brimstone? Duplicate it despite it not stacking! A room full of brimstone is satisfying to look at. (Mom's Knife does stack btw, so picking up 20 knives is quite a good thin too).

My biggest gamebreaking was something I fugred out of my own. Essencially that is how I broke Hush with the Keeper. You only need swallowed penny, a restock, and a shop. That is it. Why? becaue if you find spikes or fire you can damage yourself and the swallowed penny will occasionally drop lucky pennies, nickels, and dimes. Restock + infinite pennies, there you go. Once you find mom's box ( doubles the effect of your trinkets ), it becomes waaaaaaaaaaaay faster. Of course, there is chaos, and from that point you know the story. You can also do this with iv bag though. If you struggle with keeper, then remember, you only need a restock and a swallowed penny, a shop, and a fire to make this work and destroy boss rush, hush, delirium, mega satan or whatever you like. ( Wonder how to get there with gamebreaking taking so long? Well you can use the "mama bomb'" or whatever it is to bomb your way there. If you need to get both Hush and Boss rush, the you can use diplopia on it. Also goat head eucharist from chaos lets you get the key pieces really damn fast, but if you have speed completed and have the get out of jail free card, you can farm that too. )

Much simpler way to break greed mode: play Judas, get 9 volt and car battery, since every greed mode round counts as a room clear, you can now use the book of belial multiple times on one greed room floor and get a ton a damage

4 ways you can break the game: Infinite money/items: IV bag + Store refresh + a heart that's on sale: Although the heart being on sale isn't entirely needed, if you have bad luck you might want it. Keep on using the IV bag and buying the heart that's on sale, and you'll sometimes be getting 3 coins from 1 heart, giving you a profit. You can also get nickels and dimes, and you'll eventually (although slowly) be able to buy a ton of items from the shop. Humbling bundle and steam sale can help with this break. Infinite items/pickups: D7 + 9 volt + AAA battery or a room with more than 15 enemies with jumper cables: Simply reroll the room and kill all enemies inside, and it should result in an infinite amount of rerolls for you with the items included, meaning you can farm infinite rewards from the room, meaning infinite pickups and items. Infinite hearts: Blank card + the lovers + any way of getting infinite charges or habit + car battery or humbling bundle Take damage and your charge bar will fill up because of habit or you'll have a room of infinite charges, and then use the lovers to replenish that hp. You should be left with two hearts after you've healed if you've taken car battery or humbling bundle, so you can keep on doing this. This can be paired up with piggy bank or swallowed coin to get infinite money. Infinite health: Yum heart + Habit + Car Battery + The Wafer Just get damaged 4 times and use the Yum heart

dice shard + jehra preferebly more than one jehra but can work with just one bring all moveble pickups (pills cards trinkets) in the room with the most other pickups and drop the dice shard in it. then use the jehra and bring one of the dice shards in the next room and use the other one in the first room. now with any luck you should find another jehra and/or dice shard which you bring to the next room again. if not you still have one dice shard in the next room which should hopefully be enough. then keep using jehra and dice shard till the room is broken full of pickups and items. having only the jehra rune unlocked helps immensly.

An intresting game break... kind of... So you start by finding a super secret room with runes. Assuming you have only unlocked Jera and Blank Rune, Party Time, Jera the blank runes, now thats done, keep using the blank runes untill crawl space, pray for an item in it, if it does, keep using blank rune untill something like lost contact, deaths touch, ect. A very luck based game break, but a fairly common one.

You forgot to mention blood donation machines. They're a good way to hopefully lead to an IV-bag break. I was on the hush fight, with and extremely underpowered build, the only breaky item I had was restock, but I also had a few wheel of fortune and Maggy's bow. Lucky for me there was a red heart for sale. You can tell where this is going. This was a much slower break and more of a crap shoot, but I had enough health to get nickels and dimes to drop or just enough pennies for five cents. It was a slow burn, and took some time. But as soon as one of my Blood Donation machines payed out with IV-bag, it was over. From there it was a snowball effect leading me to faster breaking items in the shop. Managed to get both diplopia + steam sale, and blank card + jera. The blank card + jera was kind of pointless since I basically breakfested on the hush save for a few special items that showed up on the chest. Not that I needed them at that point tho.

best way to get good items: find one of the seven sins with the D20, when you kill it, its item should drop just before it dies, so quit to the title screen after the item spawns but before it explodes, then join back, if done correctly, the item will be there, but the mini-boss will still be alive, repeat this process as many time as you want then use the D20, this will completely randomize the items to any item pool so it can give you any item you have unlocked, as said in the video, if you get enough items, the game will start to just give you breakfast, this will also max out your health on top of everything else this glitch does, so try and do some experimenting with it. (this has a small chance to not save your game, so be careful with how many times you do it) (this works better with Krampus, giving you more time to exit your game before they die) Have fun!

I can think of 2 semi complicated ways to break the game Having infinite charges with the glowing hourglass, dr fetus, and humbling bundle. Blowing up the donation machine with give you double coins with humbling bundle allowing you to redonate if the donation machine blows up by going back in time. Get the money, donate a few coins blow up, repeat. Eventually you will have infinite money. The second one is Sparkplug + keeper + wooden nickel. This one is very simple for getting infinite money and isn't all too hard to get. Use the wooden nickel with sparkplug will have a chance at spawning a coin and swallowed penny guarantees a coin drop upon damage. It doesn't take a genius to figure this one out.

This one’s really rare (I’ve only had it happen once), but it’s kinda cool when it happens: You need Shop Refresh and the 404 trinket. Upon entering a shop, there is a very small (about 1/100) chance that 404 will roll into store credit and make all shop items free. However, unlike store credit, 404 is not consumed once a free item is taken, so you can take infinite items in this way similar to double steam sale+shop refresh. You may or may not be able to brute force this by walking in and out of a shop until 404 rerolls into store credit, although it may be locked in the first time you enter. I don’t know much about trinkets so if anyone knows feel free to comment whether this is possible.

You make the greed farm much harder to get than it needs to be - if you fight greed in a secret room, just kill him and bomb out. Obviously you can only do this as long as you have bombs, but you only really need two steam sales or enough coins on the floor to start a d20 avalanche. Also all of the doctor fetus synergies can also be done with golden bombs

Humbling Bundle and Jar. Grab one double heart. That can be picked up to fill two slots in the jar. Dropping that drops two double red hearts, event though you only picked up one. Rinse and repeat for infinite health. Not super rare and a great game break synergy

Also another is greed mode break Swallowed penny Scapular Hurt your self. once *half* your spirit heart is gone (from scapular) leave the room, come back and hurt yourself again. Keep on doing it for infinite items in greed

the easiest way to break the game is the greed farming pick azazel and you have a teleport even if its only one use from there get two steam sales and hope for restock and even if you don't get it enjoy the insanely op already free items

there actually are ways to break the game without infinite charges I had a run with the keeper that got swallowed penny + fanny pack + restock Took me like 3 hours but I did break the game so hard that I was able to crash isaac, which let me re-fight delirium an infinite number of times (was so much fun lol).

remember getting satanic bible, sharp plug and waver, felt really smart realising i have infinite damage and health when spamming space lol. Also, Keeper is very good to do infinites, stuff like gulping penny and any item that makes you get more than 1 coin out of it gives you infinite money, even normal blood donatign machines are kinda broken with keeper

I know this video is old but there's a way to break the game that almost no one knoww about all you need is the piggy bank swallowed penny and finally shop refresh item (i don't know the name) that's for the items but you will need 3 red hearts or more but you need something to get hit, a heart in a shop cost 3$ but swallowed penny and piggy bank will give you 3$ for most of the time it mean with half a heart of damage you get 3$ enough to get a full heart is a very long and slow but is a good game break to farm, how i found this? on a eden run i was lucky (Also for more cool items you should get chaos)
