I’m so thankful for you! I weighted myself today and I’m 200 lbs today and it’s the heaviest I’ve ever been. So today I’m starting a 90 day challenge that I’ve created for myself based on the information you’ve taught me! I got this!

I really needed this today. Been stuck for several weeks but I'm determined to lose another 14 lbs . So far I've lost 46 lbs it's taken me about 18 months, very slow and steady. I've upped my weight training . I will get to my goal weight. Thank you Jordan, you've helped me so much

Today I've lost 116lbs, from 308lbs to 194lbs, in exactly 1 year. I came across this vid randomly today wich I can consider the best timing ever, since I've reached a plateau for the first in my weightloss journey :) great video

Literally started typing this comment as you said "Logic Vs. Emotion" and that's exactly what it is. My one main struggle is that fight because I KNOW these things, but it so easy to get frustrated. I LOVE that you brought in patience though because that's what it really burns down to. Love all this. And you. Thanks for the truth bombs (:

I just wanted to say this. I needed this video more than you know this week. I needed to hear your harsh but loving and kind words. I’m back on track and not going to stop. I want to be just as mentally tough and physically tough. I will not let my mind win. I’m going to keep pushing forward. Thank you for this.

This kind of mindset is the crucial thing for everyone who want to start the journey. Don't jump in fitness wagon expecting perfection but progress, failure, pause, getting sick, and all that is part of process. Keep going and just chill. Keep calm drink coffee. You will see the difference. Just believe what Jord said ,okay? I did exactly like what he always telling us, eventhough I just watched this video today but his posting on IG are helpful!

I completely respect what you said and I feel much better hearing it, but how does "stick it out" apply to metabolic adaptation? Your body will adapt to the deficit you have created and you will have to lower it again...right? That is what I have heard from other trainers.

I really needed to hear this.... I've been on a 7 month long journey and lost 42 pounds so far... Been doing low calorie OMAD... It was great... but , I hit a plateau about 2 months ago and I was only losing like 2 pounds a month and I was very upset that it wasn't working anymore... even though I kept up with it... .... And I've been struggling recently trying different fads to kick me out of my plateau, including an extreme low carb OMAD diet which was FUCKING HELL AND I DO NOT RECCOMEND... ... It was awful.. After 11 days of it... I couldn't.. It felt like I was suffering... Your video really hit me hard and I am so thankful I stumbled upon your channel. You've explained everything so clearly and.. just.. thankyou... I am going back to my low calorie OMAD (allowing a snack before my dinner usually lol ) and just trusting the process.

I love you, this is exactly what I needed to hear. I keep "hitting plateaus" and I just keep pushing...and once I do I drop another 10lbs quickly and then I get stuck again. lol. I'm going to save this video to play back whenever I need to hear it. My mantra through my "weight loss journey" (I hate that phrase), has been "Be patient, be persistent...anything worth having takes time." I don't know where I heard or saw it but it's been so helpful in keeping a positive mindset. Thanks for the great content

Question: Does this apply to women as well as for men? You know I'm asking because of all the talk about women's hormones, but isn't fat loss good for hormones? Yes I am one who tried Keto, and was so stubborn and determined. And I was patient - but I didn't have the right info. My Doc said I could eat that way for life and I had that stuck in my head. I lost weight in the first 3 months, then nothing. So I kept going, and added in intermittent fasting (one meal a day). I felt good, enjoyed not being hungry or thinking about food, but.... I started to look weary. My butt was still big, but my face looked - not good. Then I lost hair. Way too much. I wasn't getting proper nutrition, and my body adjusted to the minimal meal I was eating every day. 10 months in, I did give up not knowing what else to do. Weight came back of course, (and my hair 🥳), and then I felt I had to leave it a while because honestly the fifth time you've tried dieting in your life and it hasn't worked, you just feel, well this is how I am. Now I'm thinking maybe I can do this, maybe I need to plan more, track myself more, learn how to make adjustments, and not rely solely on the scale, and think long term. So I'm processing it, thanks for the videos J (if you read this)!

Dear friend. I watched some youtubers doing 10kg weight loss challenge in 90 days. I will be in my 90days by next week and I lost only 8kgs, i already plateaud at 60kg and this is frustrating. Its already been 2weeks plus. I increase my workout session and i eating in a caloric deficit. Why some others can, while some others can't. Yes, its frustrating 😌

The plateau where you got this word sounds beautiful. In the disease there are the words crisis, i.e. the rise of the disease, the decline of the disease and remission, weakening or decrease. Those. the process of movement of disease or recovery. Plateau geographical designation (fr. Plateau, from plat - "flat") - an elevated plain with a flat or wavy, weakly divided surface, bounded by distinct ledges from the adjacent plain spaces of the earth's surface. The plateau has no movement due to the fact that it is a plane. The plateau has only displacement due to the shift of tectonic plates. We are constantly on it on the plateau. It does not rise and fall. I did not understand. What does medicine and geography do. There is a name stable remission. Reconvalescence is a recovery process. normal life of the body after an illness. Stable (lat. Balance) state of health. Have not tried to repeat the textbook of geography.

I had to rewatch this. I’ve been weighing all my food out, quit the binging and supposedly gained 3 pounds this week. I know it’s because my deficit is causing me to hold onto water weight, plus being a woman your body holds onto weight at certain times of the month. Also being in a deficit causes you to be a little backed up because your digestive system is not working constantly.

Why can’t you loose 52lbs in a year?????!!! I mean that’s just crazy. I’ve lost over 70lbs in less than 3 months so don’t say it’s not possible. And my blood work and everything was very good. No issues at all. Fat people can not wait years to loose weight sorry Jordan . Fat people need quick wieghtloss for there HEALTH. It’s BETTER to loose weight quicker and risk whatever you think than to stay fat longer and have the health and mental issues that come with being fat.
