I am just now finding this channel after hearing about the recent partnership with Brulosophy. These are great shorts and very entertaining and informative. Blows my mind that through many of the first 4 or 5 batches, and especially this one, you are barefooted! I will assume flip flops are a hazard on a wet floor? great work, Cheers

So sorry about your brewing mishap, Martin. This stuff inevitably happens. I really admire how you handled it. I so enjoy watching your videos and am really enjoying the current format that includes an additional something extra to the usual type video. In my opinion, you have the most enjoyable BrewTube channel to watch. Thanks for the videos and keep up the great work. Cheers!

I myself is a homebrewer about 30 batches in. I really enjoy this series and have learned sooooo much from you. Getting my first keg this week (Goodbye Bottles!!!) and about to buy a fridge so I can experiment with fermentation in lower temps. Much love to you and know that I really appreciate the content!

During college finals, I forgot my wine experiment. When the bottle burst, it threw the toaster across the room. no time to clean up, was in finals. Then had to move to new University, my mom was pissed after she volunteered to clean my apartment after I left! Sticky sticky EVERYWHERE :P nice vid

Great videos. My only critique is if you are brewing to style, during the tasting segment, speak more to how it measures up against that style.

Martin - thanks for the tip regarding dollar store containers! Since I emailed you a couple of weeks ago, I picked up the very same containers for my setup, and they are working out wonderfully! Smart ideas for the containers from the dollar store. Good thing you didn't get burn. You may need a better support system overhead to prevent the mash bucket splashing in and maybe lower your table too.

I poured wort all over the garage floor recently while transferring, no matter how many times i washed it, i still found a sticky patch for weeks! I was wondering if you shouldn't have adjusted the hop rate, based on having less volume in the kettle, but it didn't sound like it was too bitter.

Hello Martin, I love the channel and you are doing a great job with it. I like how the video's are short and to the point but pack tons of info into just 10 minutes or so, very nice. I have one question on how you are dealing with all the different specialty grains. Are you grinding the all at the same mill gap? I am guessing so but want to ask cause I am thinking about doing the same. Keep up the good work and we'll keep checking in.
