my point is just that if your amazed by a simple bridge freeze you need to see more gymnasts/flexible people :P you should look up bboy isaiah and cheerito! you dont need to be born like this either just work hard!

Good stuff man. At all other tutorials I found they began with the bridge but it hurt my back because I overextended my lower back. It was nice to execute the first progression at 2:05 first.

Thanks for the tutorial! Do you have any additional stretches for shoulders, which might help? The yoga pose you suggest ("child's pose") helps, but its hard to get a deep stretch.

you could look for a pose called puppy dog or inch worm, or another called spiderman wall stretch.

It doesn't take long at all but it just depends on your flexibility and if your muscles are tight and stiff or not
