Rice scrub:
I grind the rice myself using a coffee grinder- you can grind to your own liking. If I have a lot go dead skin, I like to grind it coarse and if it's not so bad- I grind it finely.
Body mask:
If you need more moisture- feel free to add in one spoon of honey. I usually need it but ran out.
Body syrup:
Make it in a large quantity and store for every night use.

Mix rice flour/ crushed rice with rose water and use as scrub (can also be scrubbed on with a lemon for helping the discoloration) 4. Make a turmeric, Chickpea flour and milk mask. Mix all the ingredients as shown in the video and leave on the hands and feet for 10-15 minutes. Cut nails, clean nails and file nails I hope this helps ❤️

For ur kind information My complexion is fair. But after my pregnancy some areas became dark and still it's not recovered. I've 3 children. Youngest one is 1+ year old. I'm suffering this problem from my first pregnancy. I don't try to become white. I just want my previous skin back. Remove this dark spots. That's all.

1. Soak hands and feet in warm water. 2. If you have a fungal infection on your feet you can use some apple cider vinegar in the foot soak or if you have smelly feet put black tea in the soak. 3. Mix rice flour/ crushed rice with rose water and use as scrub (can also be scrubbed on with a lemon for helping the discoloration) 4. Make a turmeric, Chickpea flour and milk mask. Mix all the ingredients as shown in the video and leave on the hands and feet for 10-15 minutes. Cut nails, clean nails and file nails I hope this helps ❤️
