As a licensed esthetician I approve of her skincare advice, except the nose strip. It’s less irritating to use chemical exfoliants to dissolve black heads and prevent them than to use “peel off” products. But I especially love that she mentioned eye patches on smile lines! You can also use eye cream in the area! Great advice overall 👍🏽

This might not help to much but if you want full eyebrows use castor oil as it stimulates growth and same for your lashes. For the small nose you can do nose workouts that’s can help naturally slim and point your nose (facerobics how to reshape your saggy nose and give yourself a nose life). For cheek bones use a gua sha and oil, again KZbin has loads of great videos for that. And the long thick hair use a thickening shampoo and conditioner lots of peoples favourite is olaplex but personally my favourites have to be one of the Shea moisture ones or my current hair care routine which is the Kristen ess strand healing moisture mask, OGX argan oil of Morocco shampoo, conditioner and oil. Also if your insecure about your skin chlorophyll is a great thing to clear your skin up and stop you from being *stinky* you just put it in your water (15 drops to be precise) and fro body image if you want a bigger booty I recommend daisy keech bubble butt workout. For slimmer legs emi wongs 20 days slim leg challenge for abs daisy keech’s quarantine abs and for hip dips try koboko fitness official wider hip workout. A huge part of your mood and physical feeling towards yourself will be due to eating loads of fatty foods, but don’t cut back on everything because nothing is unhealthy if you eat it in moderation. I can’t help straighten your teeth but to whiten them use the Pearl drops whitening toothpaste. Edit - Also a great face wash to help battle acne is the lush angels on bare skin cleansing wash. And for your mental health doing yoga or meditation for 10 mins a day has literally changed my mindset completely. Journaling and everything just give it a try. Also cut out toxic peopel in your life because you gonna be ugly ( I don’t mean physically I mean mentally) if you have people putting you down all the time. But your probably perfect just the way you are and I know people hate being compared to models but lots of models had acne such as Kendall Jenner, Taylor hill etc. Also if your pale af like me a great fake tan is the bondi sands 1 hour express self Tanner, or the st Moriz gradual develop tanning lotion or use the solid black 100x millennial tanning product if you want to catch some rays outside by sunbathing but be careful cause you can still burn with it on. Edit 2 - Almost forgot for stretch marks use bio oil it doesn’t get rid of them fully it just decreases them and for bags under the eyes a great face workout is masumi channel 3 mins eye bag removal exercise and massage or just use a concealer my fav is the elf camo concealer. And finally use a dry brush on your legs before you shower as it gets rid of dead skin, when brushing your hair use a wide tooth comb and go from the bottom and slowly work your way up. A great person to follow on tiktok is @yazghotb. I hope this helps🤍 (also sorry for all the notifs guys I’ve edited this at least 6 times so I had everything in 😂)

We haven't seen what she looks like before this routine she curated so we can't objectively say whether or not she looks better with the routine. It would be different if this were the first time she did this routine and then claimed that it drastically changed her appearance.
