i am an immigrant or was an immigrant that moved from jamaica to usa, join the military etc and got citizenship. Now i am dating a filipina because american women are not the best. I know the process for me to bring her here is the ssame process i basically took to come here so its not too unfamiliar for me to do for her. But we planning to retire in philippines anyways. I'm 29 working as a nurse for a few years stacking up cash first before i even think of retiring on the beach :). I did everything myself to become a citizen without a lawyer. Only just read the instructions and join facebook pages with others who looking for same things.

Thank you for the helpful information. I have a question. So I am currently on active duty with the military and I was wondering to your knowledge if I still need to pay for the filing fee? We have the Civil Registrar Marriage Certificate, but not the one from NSO/PSA. Will that be an issue if I use the one from Civil Registrar?
@Visacoach11 ай бұрын
Filing fees are the same. USCIS now wants the PSA document at their review stage.

@@Visacoach what is your price for helping the process?
@VisacoachАй бұрын
Thats no secret, I clearly show my prices at www.visacoach.com/fees/, for a spouse visa we break the process down into two stages, the first at USCIS, this takes about a year, and my fee is $995, AFTER USCIS finishes their review and passes your case to the State Department, at that time, assuming you are happy with my service, (you will be) you pay $495 to continue with me all the way through to the visa issuance. For full details on my spouse visa support service, send email to info@visacoach.com and request "Spouse Visa 101"

Hi. What if I am married and pregnant during the process? Would there be any possible reason for approval?
@Visacoach5 күн бұрын
Neither being legally married, or pregnant on their own are reasons for approval. Demonstrating that the relationship between you and your spouse is "bona fide" not a "sham for immigration purposes" is the reason for approval.

Sorry to hear that. You have also contacted me directly via email. Which is the way to proceed versus posting at video comments. I note you used Rapid Visa and they apparently provided poor advice. We can continue this discussion directly via email.

hello sir, but i am in Japan. Can u still help me? i wanna process here in Japan because i'm working here.
@Visacoach10 ай бұрын
As a foreign spouse you can have your interview and visa issued from the consulate that handles your country of birth, country of citizenship and/or country of lawful residency. So if you are working in Japan, you can have your interview at the US Consulate in Tokyo.

@@Visacoach thank u for ur honest answer sir, you are very helpful. But my problem is i was once married with a Japanese before and just officially divorced here in japan but not in my home country the PI. They said I need Recognition of Foreign divorce for that. So now, I am filing a petition for my ROFD in the Philippines because I have all thr necessary documents of our divorce Englush translated, notarized by a Japanese city lawyer and apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Do you think the UCIS would accept my Divorce papers and grant me visa? My american husband would want me to bring to the USA asap to start our life together as a family? Can you help us sir? Please🙏🙏 we are desperate. ROFD will take more than a year to finished. If its possible without ROFD, because I am in Japan. And would like to process and be interviewed here in Japan.
