How to brush and floss your teeth BLIND

i have body dysmorphic disorder and i can't stand seeing my reflection, so when i got my braces, i had to learn to floss without looking, using floss threaders or superfloss, which is tricky to say the least! But i told myself it must be possible since blind people clean their teeth every day! And it became second nature. It just takes a little practice but it's possible and if anything i would say i do a better job without the mirror because it makes me more mindful and concentrated on doing it correctly. So, to whoever asked this, hang in there, you'll get the hang of it, my friend.💕
