Being on top of the slide isn't the issue for me. It's the confidence and execution of getting the shifty timing near the top of the ollie. Keeping that back truck/wheel from clipping. Did the grass method on about a 1ft high rail today, got up on it right a few times. Then moved the rail to the end of a manny pad so it was only a few inches tall and I couldn't bring myself to commit. More progress today though than most previous days combined. What's the maximum angle you would find yourself coming into the rail at? Would you say you are ever perfectly parallel when executing the back lip?

Never perfectly parallel when approaching the rail, always a slight angle. I’d keep trying in the grass until you can land it 70% or more of the time. Doesn’t sound like you’re ready

do you lean backward or forward for this trick?
@SKATEHACKS4 жыл бұрын
Neither, it’s more about finding that middle balance to avoid falling forward or slipping back
