In a world where everything is catered to folks who don't reflect my community, I see nothing wrong with creating space for the perspective of my community, for the benefit of everyone.

@@blackrealestatedialogue I think this video was great. Great questions asked and great explanation. I’d say 90% of the investing population passes your channel right up without even stopping by just due to the name being about skin color, which is totally irrelevant to everyone but the politicians and news media.

@@AndrewAllenHomeExpert Glad you enjoyed it. As far as the second comment, I'll have to disagree. Less than 1% of the comments out of thousands that come in have anything to do with the title of the channel. The channel has grown more than 5x this year and as I said before I have viewers from all backgrounds. If anyone gets tripped up over a name over the content, then I'm not for them and I'm okay with that.
