I LOVE those windows!!!! When I was growing up in Dearborn Michigan we had a front porch that my father put the screens up in the summer and the storm windows up in the fall for the cold weather. It was like a sleeping porch for me, I slept out there in summer, spent many a storm just relaxing out there-NO BUGS! So I got what you were planning from the beginning, it turned out SUPER!! Great job!!!!!

This was so fun AND funny to watch! I love the into and outro! And it was so fun to see you interact with your boys! Matt constantly being in your way, reminds me of my daughter, in an attempt to make way for me when she'd see that I needed to pass, would ALWAYS end up scooting in the direction I was headed lol. To the point of ending up blocking my way all over again 😆😆😆 Damn! I miss those Infuriating moments when she'd do that like 2 or 3 times in a row in the span of just a few seconds! 😆😆😆 I'm SOOOOO happy to see your wife with you!!! 🎉🎉🎉 You guys make such a cute and fun couple!!! It's such a pleasure to see you both interact and bounce back ideas! 💜 That 3 seasons room ended up being so nice and cozy! I would just suggest to add a nice coffee table, so that you can put your plates (meals) on it when you'll eat there. I have to admit that when you showed the "puzzle pieces" 😆😆😆 that you'd be putting on the wall, I really didn't like it. Though, once it was actually already installed, I thought to myself "That man has a vision! 👏👏👏". It ended up being perfect! 💜 I think next episode, I'll cast it on my TV 😆😆😆 After all, for all intent and purposes, it IS a TV show!!! 👍😆😆😆 PS: The "Rage Meter" portion was HI-LA-RIOUS!! 😂😂😂 You're a way better sports than I 😂😂😂 When I get pissed, it's "GTFO of my way" 😂😂😂 The comments you passed, I couldn't stop laughing coz you basically passed the exact same comments I would pass 😂😂😂 It's just so funny seeing someone else pass them in an humorous way! Kudos to you for that! 👍😂😂😂 OMGosh, I'm so sorry for another long winded comment! 😆😆😆 And I apologize in advance for the future ones!!! 😂😂😂 It's impossible for me to write short ones! 😆😆😆

As an American that despises Phillips head screws because of their designed-in strippability (love the Robertson and Torx), I am sorry to see that even in Canada, you have to put up with door hardware only coming in Phillips too.

I've actually watched the previous video on this a lot and want to try to tackle this project but waiting on price of lumber to come down. I also have to figure out how to close in an unnecessary doorway on an external brick wall as part of this project. We've been wanting to close in that doorway, but not sure what my options are.

You can brick it up. Don't know if that's a DIY (might want to get a bricklayer out) but it's totally doable, youtube removing a door in brick.

@@carlotta4th I think the extra issue with that is the age of the house and finding brick that will match properly otherwise it’s obvious a door used to be there.

I don't like vinyl as a window! Like Plastic or Plexiglass it will eventually "Smoke" over. Literally just pollutants in the air! It will be labour intensive! We are talking 3-5 days worth of work with water and 400 Grit Sandpaper (Wet) moving up to 1000 Grit Sandpaper and possibly up to 1500 Grit Sandpaper. To make the house look "GREAT" it is awesome! To make it a "40 Year Build"?? Not so much. It is more like a 3 year build....when you are Flipping a house. Would I build it like Jeff as posted for the Windows? NO!
