Awesome little trick!!! You don't know how long I spent cutting, drilling, and pulling the plastic out of the shell......now I just have to get my wife's iron without her knowing :)

I'm using one finger to type Michael, following your advice. You haven"t steered me wrong yet ! Your shotgun shell knobs are really cool. And your videos are always a hoot. Lots of fun down there in the woods. And you don't get the cops showing up when you shoot your shotgun off. Sounds like heaven to me. Cops show up if I even think of shooting something in my neighborhood... And believe me there are plenty of varmits that should get a blast round here. Cops might show just for typing with one finger..I'll let you know how it goes. Mike from Boston

Hi Michael. Like most stuff, I couldn't get inserts on our tiny island without ordering on line and waiting weeks 🙄🙄 Anyway, I filled the knob with hot glue, let it cure and then drilled a slightly undersized hole. Push fit. Works a treat. 😁😁

Hey Michael, nice trick for the shotgun shells, I'll have to give that a try. I've always used dice for knobs, so yeah, they don't have to be round!
