It's funny to me that you posted this video. I make teacher appreciation gifts for my kids teachers each year and one of them asked for a cribbage board. Great video as always Brian!

Is it weird that as a woodworker, I've made dozens upon dozens of cribbage boards, and yet I have no clue how to play? Great work as always Brian.

Thanks man, yeah people love cribbage, I can't sit still long enough to enjoy the game, and rather be in the shop.

Thanks for the tutorial. I agree that those woods work well together.

I love these game board ideas… you and Pask Makes built a stunning game called Hnefatafl, Fischer’s shop made several games and one that’s massive and fold away. I just think these are family heirlooms that no matter how big or small or complex, etc. really mean something and especially this one you’ve made can be mass produced for multiple gifts or sold and easily stored yet a joy to bring to a family get together

Beautiful creation as usual. Might have a go at one. What inhibits us here in Scotland is the cost. A piece of wood that you started off with would cost me about $250. The exotic woods we can afford over here is MDF and ply. I might try getting some brass into the build, I think a brass accent against the darker wood might give it a nice contrast. Keep up the great videos.

I'm upset... I made a standard board a few months ago as a gift for a friend. Why couldn't you have made this mid last year? 😠Then I could have used your design, which way outshines my simple offering. It was quite frustrating marking out for the pin holes. I sure could have used a jig for that. 😊 Thanks Brian.

No blade guard, no splitter and no push stick!! Set an example re: safe operation of a table saw.

Are you talking about when he was doing the dado groove, where you can't utilize those features, or when he was using the crosscut sled where you can't utilize most of those features?
