Yes. I top off the jack cylinder with diesel through the fill hole in the back.

You mean to tapp in the adapter which you welded in 2:16? Thanks

I would tap the top of the jack and not weld anything. The part with the nut on it that screws into the top of the bottle jack.

How much fuel should come out of the fuel lines before the injectors? I can get fuel to come out injectors. I have already made sure the needle valve moves freely

I need to make some shims. I'm in Hungary.. No idea where I can buy them but I can hire a machinist to make them. Do they need to be made of some certain type of metal?

not really, get some steel washers, can also use steel shims from gauges, can do it also with a small piece of plate steel as well just sand it down

I rebuild diesel injectors pretty much 24/7 and Ive got to say that without a doubt Yanmar bodies are the hardest to hold while lapping the sealing faces. One thing to be careful of with the Yanmar injectors is the thickness of the copper washers that go on each side of the return rail. Too thin and it allows the bolt to go down onto the adjusting shims bootin the injector pressure thru the roof in some cases. I machine an amount of rach bolt if they come with the injectors and always inform the installer to use thicker Dowty type washers or thick copper ones.
