Create an empty Midi item by pressing CTRL and dragging your mouse to the right, double click the item and you should land at the piano scroll

@@SaadmanAbedinMustavi Glad to hear this. I personally don't work with templates, and since Reaper doesn't have any built-in Synths and instruments you would have to download some VSTs. I'm sure you'll find plenty of videos on this subject out there :)
