i have one goat and he lives in a pen with with a back wall and two sides and he has a big running around area where he can run around and it got muddy fast over the rainy summers and we live in a place where it’s cold and snowy in the winter and gets his feat all muddy and then he’s covered in mud and he’s screaming and crying and i don’t know what to do. i wanted to move him in a small chicken coop but i was told he was gonna pee and rot out the floor and die of pneumonia. do you know what i can do for him to help him through the cold winter without him dying. we also don’t have the money to build him a barn.

hi, i can help you, if i dont know really the situation by the eyes of your goat. howewer i can give you some advices. 1. the goats dont like lives alone... 2. the goats loves climbing. 3. the goats loves discovers a new thing every days. 4. in most of the case the goats need some shelter ( dry end thermally insulated) 5. the goats need enough space 6. the goats are the living entities that have their essence of life and everyone who has a goats should think about that, the goats are not her for humans plasure. 7 the shelter is not about the money, everything what i bulid is without using the money...(the things from dechettery, wood, palletes,planks or things like soil, sheep wool, straw ect ect ect ) you can look here for the inspiration facebook.com/Produits-%C3%A0-partir-de-palettes-Jan-Such%C3%A1nek-902430996506762/?ref=bookmarks Good luck !

and of cours they need that the place where they lives is clean...so you can insert the straw inside the shelter and change as needed...
