Thanks for the video, definitely going to give this a shot this weekend! Couple of questions: - What size/length screws did you use (assume about 3" #10?) - If I went with turnbuckles instead of springs, would I just get a 4" jaw jaw and connect them to the eye hooks? - Does the quality of the lumber matter at all? Thanks for any additional help!
@BeachesBeTrippin7 жыл бұрын
it's been awhile but I think they were 3 inch wood screws. I think the turnbuckles would be a better choice. the lumber should be 2x4's, you can use old ones laying around, just be sure they are 2x4's. I hope that helps. thank you for watching !!

Hi! thank you so much for this brilliant video. I have a doubt, i'm going to build the press to print on wood plates, so the thickness is way bigger than a t shirt, how would you suggest me to modify your progect? thanks again
@BeachesBeTrippin7 жыл бұрын
depending on how thick your wood is you may be able to just re adjust the thickness by moving the screw up and down. hope that helps. thank you for watching !!

I appreciate the video very easy directions.. quick question what is that board you have to put the T-shirt’s on and are clamps easy to drill through or do I need a special bit thanks again
@BeachesBeTrippin6 жыл бұрын
I'm glad to hear it helped you out, thank you for watching !! the board I used for the t-shirts was just a part of an insert from an old table, and the clamps were really easy to drill through, you don't need anything special, it takes about 15 seconds to go through.

Screen won't sit flat when clamping down on screen...any suggestions please?
@BeachesBeTrippin7 жыл бұрын
the screen won't really sit flat because you need that little bit of give so that you can lift off the print.
@fifftygunz87777 жыл бұрын
Ok thanks...I will build another, the first a did a slight modification because of that issue. works, but now I want to compare the lift you mentioned.
