so you can bolt on the BMS cables and the cell balancer cables together under the bolt-heads?

It looks like you've got two of the red leads on the third battery from the bottom and none on the bottom battery?

it doesn't matter which side of the busbar you put the balance lead.

Hi is there a jumper cable from BMS to the balancer. Just to clean up the amount of wires.

Hi - so what functions does the BMS have - does it have temperature protection, current & voltage protection?

So they are 25ah cells not 100ah

They're 100ah cells at 3.2 volts. Four in series gives 100ah at 12.8v

When you assemble cells in series, you add the volts and the amps stay the same. If in parallel, volts stay the same and amps are added together. This also works for solar panels.
