Corn starch will work better than coffee creamer in this, as it's about the particle size and density of the powder these extinguishers were meant to use in the first place. Much safer to use a powder fuel than liquid as it won't continue burning if it lands on you. If the point is just to make big fire that's cool to look at without ending up in the burn ward, corn starch is the way to go.

I have done this and have some recomendations: 1) I adapted the nozzle to a standard quick disconnect for my air compressor. This has a multi purpose, the nozzle doesn't melt, you can fill without any other mods, and the cone affect is combated. 2) I omitted the lighter strapped to the side as all you have to do is wet the nozzle with gas and light. 3) Repeated use will result in break down of the seals due to chemical compatibility and eventually it will leak resulting in catastrophic failure, and I burnt half my hair off!

You may be able to replace the seals. I think its Niton seals are the kind you want. Or Nitrile? They make petroleum compatible seals anyway. It probably has somewhat generic o rings in there.

Fire departments have been known to take the yellow Monoammonium Phosphate ABC dry chemical powder and put it in plastic bags and drop them down chimneys that have burning creosote in them, and it would put out the chimney fire. They call them Chimney Bombs. Purple K fire retardant has become popular for this use as well. It's about 80% Potassium Bicarbonate, 12% Sodium Bicarbonate, some Mica, Fuller's Earth, Amorphous Silica, and Methyl Hydrogen Polysiloxane for making it hydrophobic. Important note, bicarbonate and phosphate retardants should never be mixed because they react with each other and it destroys their effectiveness.
