Generous use of rebars and concrete, foundation will certainly be strong. Only concern is that some parts of the foundation were linked with the adjacent structures. Not a good idea to link a new building with an old one because of differences that will arise in the settling of the structures. The old structure has finished settling, but the new structure will still be settling for sometime. It will drag the old structure along when settling and that may cause issues with the old structure.

Also Privathaus. Will keiner haben.

What i can see is, they didnt use timber formwork because they are unable to uninstall it later because close to nearby structure, and by looking at the soil and nearby house, to avoid piling they make a rough footing. For me this will work and cost saving.

Also Privathaus. Will keiner haben.

Interesting! Let’s see here. They have to build brick walls first (instead of formwork) and wait till grout comes to strength before walking on them, as clip shows. So, what construction crew is doing meanwhile? Sitting around and smoking cigarettes?

Will keiner haben. Alle normalen Wohnhäuser so gemacht.
