I did a similar thing to the Audition - I've got a TRS patch bay on my board, I can patch in a pedal pre-drive, post-drive, or post-wet. Tip is the send, Ring is the return. When I'm not running an external pedal, I close the circuit with a TRS jack that I soldered the tip to the ring

Great video! Thanks for all the information!😊 In the past I wasted a lot of money, time and nerves for bad cables, power supply, "cheap solutions" that at least was very expensive because of changing all the bad things on my pedalboard and buying better parts🤪... I like good solutions, no noise from electromagnetic fields and interference, no hum, just silence if you don't play your guitar. I will try out this power supply, because I will start with a new pedalboard. Sometimes I play guitar in locations with poor wiring and electrical interference and this makes it difficult to play guitar with normal single coils... Than I use humbucker solutions... Maybe you have also some tricks for this problem. I tryed out interference suppression units, sometimes it worked well. I think wiring and cable routing is often underrated. 🤔

Loved the video Buddy. You make it look easy. Will have to give Goodwood Audio a call... BTW you could have just put the controller of the R2R Electric Wah on the board and connect the separate expression pedal, but I'm sure you realized that. I got that unit after looking for it for months and it's phenomenal. I don't love that the on off isn't activated by the pedal, but whatevs. And when are we gonna get a full vid on the finished 345??

Yes sir! The R2R is on a separate board and that how I have it running. Controller on the board, exp pedal on the side

Digital pedals get ya closer to that 500ma threshold. I’m using UAFX dream, doubling for an hx stomp, looper pedal about 350 ma and so on. Extra power needed for them future pedal configs

"Sunshine state my ass" Mhm, lived in South Florida all of my 29 soon-to-be 30 years of life. Volatile weather, one second it's clear, 2 seconds later the world is ending. the whole rule about not passing signal cables over power cables only applies to AC voltage, that's how AC crosses over capacitors and through transformers and what not, DC can't make the jump

why get an isolated power supply if you're going to power up multiple effects off the same output ??? ... it's ground loops like that, just the same as if your supply wasn't fully isolated.

Pretty obvious the 4 rail is a design flaw. Look how much wasted space. I don't even know 5 rows are good either - middle row pedals only placed on 1 row? C'mon MONO! Love the aesthetics but impractical.

Its pedal sigal chain adding onto a pedalboard, not actually building a pedalboard. You have to construct a pedalboard from scratch from the ground up to call it building a pedalboard.
