I really like this map concept. I would have liked a bit clearer distinction between Core and Direct. I think you answered some of this in “how” the map is used. High frequency / High Touch. Would this map work on a 4 square matrix? High to Low Frequency vs High to Low Touch?

There's another stakeholder mapping technique that I also use, not as often as this one, but it’s in a 2x2 of involvement vs influence. But can definitely overlay frequency and touch on this: e.g. High influence + High Interest = High touch + High frequency Low influence + High Interest = Low touch + High frequency High influence + Low Interest = High touch + Low frequency Low influence + Low Interest = Low touch + Low frequency Diving into both of these methods will be in the stakeholder management essentials course on Product Pathways 😉 and perhaps this will be a future video too.
