Dayuuum, so basically have a strong core so that you can do these exercises so that you can get a strong core...I’ll need some time to wrap my head around that one :p

Yeah, all those skills are well beyond me. Maybe with luck I could do a couple of the leg tucks?

Leg tucks are not that hard, just keep on doing them, you will get better fast. Let your brain create a motor program and soon you will gain some success. A good exercise to bridge to harder core exercises are ring rollouts, but you need good shoulders. Front raises with knees to chest or straight legs are also good. If all of this is too hard, you can just start with crunches for a few weeks. However try the harder exercises, even if they feel very difficult. If you do a new exercise, your muscles don't know how to work together, so you need to practice the movement. Most advances in the first sets of a new exercise are down to improved muscle recruitment. And don't forget, that your core does not only contain your abs. Lower back muscles are also important. For the lever exercises a strong shoulder and upper back is important, too.

could you not make like series how to build strong core for people who don't yet have strong core? This exercises are looking pretty but if you can make front liver on rings you probably already know how to train your core. It's also dangerous for beginners without a proper technique to try that stuff.
