If I connect my Calendar to the Book a call option that has workflows behind it (SMS & Email), is it necessary to gather the phone number as you have it in the workflow?

Hi Nina. It is up to you. You can collect the contact info on Calendly. and remove from the ManyChat Flow. I have my ChatBot engage and collect contact info in many places (flows) and pass this into Calendly to populate those fields,
