Got an ouchie rotator cuff. I went a little too wild and probably got sloppy on heavy weight dips. Any advice on how I can hit chest and minimize the rotator cuff for a couple weeks?

Same situation. I swapped the barbell for DB flat and slight incline press with a more neutral grip. Plus some pec dec. Means my elbows aren't flaring out on either exercise and there's less strain in the cuff.
