the most profound thing you can do to transform your body as a man is to stop drinking. it wont happen overnight (depends how long youve been a drinker) but the differences will be profound.
@SilentMike4 күн бұрын
I think this is the case for many, but others struggle with movements or food addiction/moderation. Each has their own battle
@YoungSandwich104 күн бұрын
this is so legit. If i dont drink for two weeks i lose like 5 lbs. i mostly drink IPAs too so cutting those out reduces my calories for that day by like 500-1000 depending on how many i drink that night
@damienlahoz4 күн бұрын
@@SilentMike guess what i was saying that if you are dieting and still drinking thats the wrong thing. Stop drinking first then follow up with the rest. For those that need that anyways

@@SilentMike 7 months ago I watched one of your vids and commented about how I was gong through a horrible health issues and could barely walk, breathe, and eat. Your reply meant a lot to me. I'm grateful to say that I since had surgery and am much better. Still not 100% but back in the gym and regaining strength. I had lost 30 lbs so gotta get back. Thanks for being genuine and staying true to yourself.

[00:40] The BIGGEST thing that matters in our nutrition and our cardio or any workout plan or regimen is that we can stay CONSISTENT and a biggest key of having CONSISTENCY is having a little bit of FUN. | [01:38] If we’re trying to burn calories or just trying to get leaner, number one is going to come from nutrition, you’re going to burn way less calories doing any kind of exercise than you think you are. 30 minutes going pretty ham on almost anything, you’re going to burn anywhere from 200 to 500 calories, so if you’re really trying to lean up it’s all going to come from nutrition. |

I can overhead press 3 million pounds
@jeffreyshelton72733 ай бұрын
One in a million does not feel so great. I can bench three plates or 315 lbs. currently. One in ten thousand men can do this. There are not many people at my gym that can, but powerlifters think it is much more common in their circles. I did four plates or 405 lbs. in my thirties. However, I weighed 240 lbs. and looked ridiculous. I also could not do ten pull-ups or run a mile. Measure your strength by bodyweight like 1.5X for bench press, 2X for squat, etc. At the NFL combine, huge guys are busting out reps with 225 lbs. as a test. But you are not laying on a bench when playing football and exerting power.
