I bought the knee instructional and had asked about how stance affects the knees and you told me to do the program for a while and get back to you. Turns out my left foot was very very weak and my left big toe being messed up ruined my alignment. My knee pain has gotten tremendously better! I bought your back instructional and neck one today and can’t wait to use them. I also ordered supple leopard after about 2 1/2 years of hearing your recommend it. Thank you! And please make more instructionals like this! Shoulders next maybe?

Hey coach, love your videos! I just came.out of back surgery on Monday. Had a L4/L5 discectomy and laminectomy. I slipped my disc in wrestling training. I am 72 kg and I was partnered up with someone who was 102kg. I went for a double leg takedown and I felt it go. For the next 2 months I had unbearable sciatica nerve pain. I am hoping to come back stronger than ever and even come down to Tristar gym one day. I am 5 days post op now and I am feeling great. Thanks for the video!!

Thanks for this video again coach! Personally I got rid of back pain by running (3to5k) twice to 3 times a week, you can replace it by jumping rope but you must activate those legs. Staying seated too long and just walking gives too much stiffness in the hips and consequently back pain. Also have long nights sleep helps a lot to mitigate back pain.

Very interesting podcast, matter of fact all your podcasts are interesting. I wish i'd knew all of this before wrecking my body. But it's never to late, thanks coach. There is however a question I've wanted to ask you regarding sports injuries, it's regarding the psychological aspect of coming back from injuries. I hurt twice my knee in wrestling and I'm scared to getting injured again, and i feel i can't go to 100 sometimes i'm scared to go live. Any tips to help? thanks

Hi, it would be great if you could put out an S&C program that's fit for and progresses through unfit lay person > fit lay person > very fit > general athletic fitness. Does the kettlebell course already do this? I think I'm going to get that anyway. Thanks for teaching me so much.

This product really needs a program at the end of it. After sitting through 2+ hours of video, it still leaves the question "What do I do now"? I want the promised "black belt stability", so how many reps, which exercises, etc? Each chapter in the list should link to it's location in the video, fishing around to find a topic is unacceptable on today's web. Very basic stuff. Also, there should be a support/contact method within the product.

Coach if only training hip torque is best why do Olympic lifters always do a front squat with knees over toes instead of a Powerlifting back squat with knees behind toes? Who is more athletic? I think the Olympic lifters are and they squat knees over toes. It’s important to develop hip AND knee drive for maximum power. Like Dean Lister said about leg locks… if you’re trying to train an athlete - why ignore 50% of their lower body?? Any athlete with great hip/lower back ability would be a better athlete and more bulletproof with equally strong lower legs.
@prandz4202 жыл бұрын
yeah im starting to think knees over toes is actually okay if youve built up to it properly. Wrestling shots are pretty much always knees over toes too, and shots are fast and often load bearing as well.
