How to build a tool trailer. How big do you need?

How big of a tool trailer do you need? Is a 6x10 big enough? Here's an example of what I use for flipping houses that has worked out really well.

Enjoyed the video! I am guessing that the contents probably weigh a ton, and all that mass probably makes the trailer less shaky on uneven roads.
