What you were getting at ,at 6:19 about clearance for the wood deck is what I'm concerned with , mounting the hinges away from the pack plate . I think

Mike, I usually keep it at about 4' for a utility trailer. It took me 2 days but, I shot video and that was a pain in the ass lol. I'd say 1 day without screwing around with video.

11 years late but….The angle running front to back how much more would it cost to add another 1 1/2” to the leg running up n down? This would be so that your angles running across sat on the angle and then welded instead of welding it under the angle? A tiny bit more cost would be way more sturdy????

BUT STILL DO SOME WORK , WHEN I AM N O T SHAKING SO MUST ! . U ALL WAY SAID THIS ON SHOW THEY ARE TO CHEAP REPLACE LED LIGHT WILL LAST MANY YEARS , AN BY THE WAY TURN YOUR LIGHT BRACKET AROUND , ( > WANT TAKE ANY MORE TO DO THE RIGHT WAY < ) U THINK ? ALSO U YOUR LIGHT CLOSE TO YOUR FENDER AND THE SAME HEIGHT OF YOUR FENDER TO BECAUSE PEOPLE CAN SEE THEM BETTER FOR SAFTEY COME FIRST ! .
