There are a bunch of different things to like about these videos, but the music takes me back to the days when I was a kid and "Hee Haw" was on TV. That by itself makes the video wonderful! There is something I'm curious about, though: I've not seen gloves or bandages in any of the videos. I simply LOOK at sheet metal and get cut.

Excellent! I know it has been a few years but 2 questions I had was Match drilling? I worked on an RV-9a over 15 years ago and you had to match drill and de-burr. Is that still required? Time, I know everyone spends different time building, but what would you estimate?

Had to watch to see updates that you incorporated: also had to add comment to be careful, in Section 17, to hang onto your drill and not accidently drop it onto the newly installed skin (ask me how I know...) Problem noticed around the 12 and 15 minute portion of the video --- you are using the plastic and screw electric interface at the wing root for the Section 16 and 40 electrical connections ----> Vans did away with those about 5 years ago and replaced them with Molex connectors --- that was one of the items I thought you would be updating in the video.

Good video ! I prefer " Blind Rivet " over POP rivet . .

Good for u on the blind rivet thing. But as "all" rivets are blind the nomenclature is usually pop and solid for rivet types for what it's worth.

very good job👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 one question, how thick is the material of the main wing spars, how thick is the material of the ribs? and how thick is the coating too? if you could help me pass the thicknesses in mm I appreciate it, I am in an experimental project

Good to hear from you. Great video. Very clear just the way I like it. On the part that you add washers to, why did they just make the part a little longer so not add washers. Just asking

Thanks for posting, but don't the edges and holes need to be de-burred?

Of course! That is shown in detail on our full length DVD videos

I can listen to you or I can listen to the (repetitive and obnoxious) music. The "music" is intrusive. What's with the obession that You Tube presenters have with "pseudo-music"? Good bye until your next, music-less video.

Ugh this music and the droning voice. The sport really needs some new blood.
