Not at the moment but soon. In the meantime you can ask the chatbot to send them to a contat us page or give a phone numbet etc if it doesn't know the answer to a question.

You just add a snippet of code to their header. Very easy process. Most cases they will already have a "Web Guy" that you will just send the code too and they will do it.

For a company to employ a person to respond to your live chat request it's a very expensive option. Not least they have sick days, give incorrect answers or different answers to another support agent. Plus, having a person handle a live chat 24 hours a day, means multiple staff. Alternatively, you can use an AI chatbot that gives the same correct answers every time, works 24/7/365, can handle hundreds of people using it at once and costs $19 per month. On the odd occasion it is asked a question it does not know the answer to, it can refer the visitor to a contact form or telephone number for human help.
