My monster pacu needed his own pond, so here is how we built a 150-gallon indoor pond in the fish cave which now has over 1,000 gallons! Follow: @aqua_beasts on Instagram @aquabeastsrj on Tiktok

I agree with the other comments saying that both of your indoor ponds are too small for the fish you are housing. If you have the funds, I really suggest using that entire end of the room to build a new pond that is at least twice as large as the original. It looks like you are using an old pool liner, switch to an epdm rubber liner 45mil or thicker, use landscaping fabric under the liner to prevent any punctures from your wood frame.

@@elduende7993 i think when multiple people tell you the ponds too small, it might just be too small🤣🤣🤣 also that was the best handling of a fish i’ve ever seen. i can’t say your pond is very budget friendly.. maybe to you since you used daddy and mommy’s money🤣🤣

What is your opinion of turning a large fish pond into an indoor master bathroom soaking tub? How difficult would it be to build a frame to support it vs. a normal soaking tub as well as installing the proper roman faucet & drain?
@aquabeastsrj4 ай бұрын
So you want to install a bathtub fish pond?
@TheGrumpyChef4 ай бұрын
@@aquabeastsrj Correct. Idea is to have an interesting shape to the indoor tub as well as having the large size. Other than the drilling the drain and faucet holes as well as the framing for the tub (which some tub require anyway) I am curious as to whether the pond would need additional stabilization in order to not flex under the water pressure. Ponds are more flexible when not installed (meaning when the pond is above ground).
