Sorry, I replied in the wrong place: I know it should work with the M-ATX, I'm just hopeful that the Asus "BTF" backward facing connecters hit the holes like the Zero motherboard. This is an absolutely amazing building guide for me since this is the pc I went for. Everything went perfectly until turning the pc on. I was met with a dreaded "Overcurrent have been detected in usb" I have no idea how to fix it and i'm fearing that my mobo has come DOA

Odd. Have you tried removing everything you have connected to your motherboard usb ports?

@@TheProvokedPrawn I have! Even tried disconnecting everything from the board except for power to the CPU, and board, left in 1 stick of RAM, and it still gives me the overcurrent in usb message. There doesn't seem to be any debris in any of the USB slots, and it doesn't look like anything is touching the I/O shielding either. I was hoping that this was fixable due to a user error and that the PC was throwing a fault because i've done something wrong. Not sure what else I can try to solve this, or if I do just have a faulty mobo

@@boo0167 very odd. Can you get into the bios? Maybe bios update? Not sure what else to suggest. Unless you disconnect the internal usb connection as well,

@@TheProvokedPrawn Sadly the error only gives me 15 seconds before it shuts the pc down to protect the main board, I can hit the f1/f2 key for the screen to tell me it's loading the BIOS, but it shuts down beforehand. Do I have to remove the solid block that's covering the usbs on the board to be able to disconnect the internal usbs? Been a bit weary about removing any of the plates on the mobo as I don't know what does and does not void warranty. I can see about flashing the BIOS through a usb to see if it's a BIOS issue though

​@@TheProvokedPrawn Just a little update! Disassembled and reassembled the pc, couple of pins on the CPU socket were bent, bent them back and the PC is now running perfectly!

Hey, on my case, the front panel connector cable has another cable coming out of it, this cable has space for 3 pins but only has 2 pins coming out, apparently called molex (maybe?). Do you have any idea where this cable goes? I don't see anywhere to plug it on the motherboard or any other cables...

From what I can tell, although I haven’t tested myself, if you plug the l.e.d. lead that plugs into the fan controller at the back in to the extra plug, the l.e.d. button on the case converts into the reset button.

i just tried it, if you plug the cable with 2 pins that says LED to the 2 pins in the middle of the fan controller at the back of the case itll work​@nightscapechannel

I just got the same MoBo and case today (white tho), gonna build the whole thing tomorrow. I hope I won’t have any headache with the cable management. A bit disappointed the fan hub doesn’t have a couple more connections for extra fans but whatever, I’ll just use the pre-installed 4 fans and hope the airflow is good enuff to keep everything fresh

It doesn't usually matter too much. Sometimes the bios complains if you don't populate CPU FAN though

@@boterhammetpindakaashagelslag I’m sorry, I didn’t specify. I meant where would I plug the fans in, if you didn’t have a water cooler. Also I’m not for sure, but I believe you can put two more on top of the power supply and one more in than little space beside the power supply compartment.

Is it possible to remove the bottom feet or remove the port interface that is at the bottom? I ask just in case if I wanted to play around with some paint. I don't want to risk spraying into the USB. I haven't even really decided yet if I wanted to do that, but it'd be nice to know if that was an option. Was thinking about a black exterior, white interior look. Good looking case either way.

If you haven’t received an answer to this here’s mine: it’ll be VERY close! I just built mine with the arctic in this case and I have a 7800 xt with the magnet fans. The pump and the 7800xt are literally touching but it makes for a good look!

I just finished building this with a couple different parts and I get an orange/red cpu and yellow/green dram light. all the rgb turns on but no display. I double checked the aio and cpu and they seem fine, no noticeable damage. I know for sure the ram clicked in, and the ram lights up. I double checked my psu and it’s all plugged in. I also made sure i plugged in everything to the mobo Is this something to do with the bios and cmos buttons on the back of the mobo? I’m kind of lost and worried I bungled something up big time. All the parts I used are in the video except: PNY 4080 super ryzen 7 7800x3d kingston fury renegade 32gb ddr5 6k

@@TheProvokedPrawn Thank you for the quick response! I pressed cmos and it just turns off the pc. I do have the ram in slots 2 and 4 as well. I tried plugging the hdmi in the motherboard but it’s still not displaying anything. After work today I’ll try reseating the ram just in case. I’ll also try updating the bios with a usb. I’ll also look into custom pc shops nearby and see if they can look at it. I fear it could be cpu damage I just can’t see because I pressed a little hard on the aio but it looked fine when I inspected it.
