Not at all! You can make your bud vases after you process your flowers. They can hang out and will continue to open since they won't be crowded. After the build all your other designs then you can backfill your bud vases with the scraps.

What is your general height combinations of your bud vases (in cm or inch)?

I really like 3-5 inches and then I stagger in some candles. If you can only find one size of vase then just adjust the stem heights to create the variation.

Yes, it's kinda a mix though. We typically do our shoots and then videos the next day with the leftover blooms so sometimes it's not a 'pure' collection. =)

Reach out to wedding florists, they'll start you out cleaning buckets and hauling flowers, but you can move up with enough gumption!

Can you make Bud vases 3 days before your event?

Since the flowers are directly in water, you could make the bud vases a little bit ahead of time. To ensure that the flowers stay fresh and beautiful until the wedding day, make sure to keep them in a cool dark room, away from sunny windows and heating vents. Also, changing out the water in the vases will help too!

These were from all over and collected through the years. You can usually thrift really nice glass bud vases for around $1, that's where most of mine come from!
