What is a normal royalty rate for a furniture product? is there a flat fee charged beside the royalty rate to ensure minimum payment guaranteed. Thanks

Can someone explain to me the problem with the word "gross". From my understanding thats the big number, before costs come into play. Net is a much smaller number. What don't I understand?

Indeed. I also note that the royalties portion of the license has way too few defined terms. What is gross and collected? Definitely what you had in mind as the licensor! What is the portfolio of related products? Much narrow than you had imagined. And on and on...
